This is really a combination of so many things.

Maybe it’s brand strategy or marketing that you need? I’ve worked with both developed and emerging brands - building sustainable growth or just getting off the ground. Or, perhaps you’re realizing you need a bit of help with process creation? Fostering healthy cross-functional relationships and processes is kind of my jam. Maybe you’re in a bit of a creative rut and you need help building a brainstorming plan or ideating? I can help with that too. Or, maybe you’re building something brand new, with a small team if any, and you just need someone to bounce ideas off of, and give a bit of emotional support? Always happy to help.

How does this work?

First, a lot of questions…

I’ll chat with you, your team, your pets, etc. Where are you now? What are you trying to achieve? How can I help?

…then a plan…

Maybe there’s some research involved with your customers or clients? Are we working on new growth strategies? Or are we working through process improvements? It’s never the same thing twice, but I do love a good plan, and I always start with one.

…then we execute and review.

The most fun part is seeing things get done - but that can be different for teams of all sizes. We’ll put the plan into action, and work with scalability in mind.
